Meditation is a state of consciousness in which a person goes deep within themselves, focusing the mind and eliminating outside influences to produce a state of deep Peace and relaxation.

 

After this deep quietening of the mind, an ability to listen to your own thoughts and observe your mind and body is achieved. Then you can move deeper into expanding your Conscious awareness.

I offer beginners guided visualisation meditations to get you used to basic techniques before moving onto deeper meditations and mind expansion.

 

Music, aromatherapy, crystals, singings bowls, Incense, candles, tuning forks may be used to enhance the meditations.
